A. Account and Profile Information
Name, username, email address, profile details, and subscription information.
B. Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
C. User Content and Communications
Videos, livestreams, articles, comments, chat messages, paid DMs, group discussions, and any content you upload or share. User communications may be monitored, recorded, or stored to enable Platform functionality, moderation, safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
D. Technical and Usage Information
IP address, device type, browser information, usage data, and interaction metrics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process personal information to provide our services, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, and pursue legitimate business interests such as platform safety, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information as defined under applicable U.S. privacy laws. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes.
We share information with third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (security and CDN), Bunny.net (media delivery and streaming), StreamYard (livestreaming), MemberPress (membership management), and our hosting provider (Hostinger).
5. Community and Public Content
You are responsible for any information you choose to include in content you upload or share. Content you post publicly may be visible to other users.
6. Monitoring and Recording of Communications
Important Notice: By using chats, paid DMs, group video discussions, livestreams, or any interactive features, you expressly consent to the monitoring and recording of those communications for safety, moderation, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Communications on the Platform are not considered private.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as we have a legitimate business or legal need.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no internet system is completely secure.
9. International Users & Data Transfers
The Platform is operated from the United States. It is not directed to users in the European Union or European Economic Area, and we do not hold ourselves out as doing business in, or offering goods or services to data subjects in, the EU/EEA.
Your information may be processed and stored in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Residents of California and other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may have rights regarding their personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion.

Non-essential cookies and third-party scripts (used for analytics, performance, and other features), if any, can be accepted or rejected through our WP Consent cookie banner. However, our non-essential cookie categories may currently be empty if we are not actively using non-essential tracking cookies. Disabling non-essential cookies may affect some features. The Platform does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
